Our swimming programme is designed by our dedicated coaches, specifically for each level swimmer and age group.

This is to ensure all swimmers can reach their highest potential. 



Here swimmers are learning the four competitive strokes starts turns placing most of the emphasis on stroke technique giving them the opportunity to improve upon and develop the ability to learn about competitive swimming.

Age: 13 & over

Time: 5:00p.m to 6:30 p.m

Training: 2 days a week.



Swimmers at this level are training to compete on a monthly basis. Learning how to develop and plan how to race, emphasis daily on stroke drills.

Age: 13 & over

Time: 5:00p.m to 6:30 p.m

Training Swim 4 to 5 days a week and 2 days dry-land



Trains two hours a day, two mornings a week on Saturdays mornings and 2-3 times a week dry land and gym work for strength. This group of simmers are training to compete at the highest level of swimming in the country.   

Age: 13 & over

Time: 6:00p.m to 8:00p.m

Training: Swim 5 days a week and 2 to 3 dry-land
