12 & uNDER lEVELS AND sWIM SCHEDULE 

Our swimming programme is designed by our dedicated coaches, specifically for each level swimmer and age group; this is to ensure all swimmers can reach their highest potential.

BEGINNER 

Kids are learning the four basic competitive strokes, how to execute proper touches and turns, also learning the importance of streamline position. 

Ages: 5 to 8years old

Time: 5:00p.m to 6:00p.m

Training: 2 days a week.

INTERMEDIATE 

Swimmers are training daily in the four competitive strokes with the emphasis on stroke drills proper body position, breathing, stroke mechanics and starts & turns. 

Ages: 8 to 12 years old

Time: 5:00p.m to 6:00p.m

Training: 3 to 5 days a week

Jr-Competitive (Advanced)

These swimmers are learning how to compete, have and set goal ,race strategy, while also working on stroke mechanics and technique on daily basis.

 Ages: 8 to 12 years  

Time: 6:30p.m to 8:00p.m

Training: 5 days a week.
